I'm a child of the 80's and 90's and love a good skirt legging combo. I wish Lulu or athleta made them. Overall this is a decent cheap active wear. But you get what you pay for. It's really cute from a distance or even in pictures but the waistband lays a bit odd on me, the back of the skirt is a bit too short with my curves and the skirt gets wrinkled easily. This wouldn't be an issue with black but I have navy blue (which isn't super dark) and I imagine any lighter colors would crease when sitting in the car etc. Overall though if you aren't super curvy in the back and you're looking to spend under $25 it's a great find. Just be aware you get what you pay for. Also the bottom of my leggings don't lay flat against the bottom of my calf/shin. They're a bit shorter than the lulu 25 inch legging.
